The Opportunity:
Serve as a senior Military Deception (MILDEC) Planner who will assist command staff with analyzing, managing, coordinating, and assessing MILDEC and sensitive Information Operations (IO) requirements, programs, plans, and related activities. Assist Command in management of MILDEC and operations security (OPSEC) functions, activities, planning, programming, and related responsibilities. Ensure headquarters staff, components, and support elements are prepared to execute MILDEC and OPSEC tasks and coordinate activities with the customer. Function as a key member in the command MILDEC, IO, and sensitive activities working groups, analyzing the development of policies, objectives, plans, and procedures relevant to the command MILDEC program, IO effects development, and synchronization of the customer's functions with sensitive activities. Coordinate for analytic support to MILDEC and IO planning and assessment and collaborate across Combatant Commands, Services, and Combat Service Agencies.
You Have:
8+ years of experience developing and integrating plans as an IO or MILDEC planner
Experience with DoD organizations at the Combatant Command level
Experience working with Operations in the Information Environment and Sensitive Activities integration
Experience in detailed drafting and staffing of complex plans and concept briefs
Knowledge of operating in a multinational environment and working directly at a strategic-level staff with foreign partners and Allied militaries
Knowledge of Joint Pub 3-54
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Joint Staff organizational decision-making processes
Experience with international treaty organizational decision-making processes
Knowledge of Joint planning publications, authorities, and permissions and review and approval processes
Master's degree
PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
