Multilateral Planner

The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for a Multilateral Planner like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a Multilateral Planner, you will provide analytical and decision-making support regarding a Combatant Command’s efforts to form agreements with partners and allies. You'll support policy development across a diverse group of stakeholders, analyze data, and assist with policy recommendations. You’ll provide subject matter expertise input on agreements between the U.S., partners, and allies that will set conditions for successful employment and sustainment of forces within a partner nation.

You Have: 

  • Experience managing U.S. Government security cooperation programs

  • Ability to synthesize complicated policy, diplomatic, and programmatic information into succinct and coherent products, ready for senior leader consumption

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

  • Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience working with bi-lateral agreements

  • Experience working with senior leaders

  • Experience setting up bi-lateral working groups

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Master's degree

  • Top Secret clearance 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
