Policy Engagement Coordinator

The Opportunity:

As a Policy Engagement Coordinator, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a Policy Engagement Coordinator, you’ll bring your consulting and policy expertise to produce Operations in the Information Environment white papers, provide inputs to the task management tool, consolidate Information Operation engagement and security cooperation tracking, and conduct MISO coordination and deconfliction with higher and lower echelons. You’ll enable the information operations and senior leader's key support with congressional requirements, and coordinate industry interaction. This position requires knowledge of current and emerging OIE policies, joint and service doctrine, assessments, mission analysis, and strategic communication. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You Have: 

  • Experience with building and sustaining relationships

  • Experience with briefing senior defense officials

  • Knowledge of Operations in the Information Environment policy and doctrine

  • Knowledge of military processes and methodologies

  • Ability to develop white papers and prepare senior leaders for engagements and congressional requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with policy

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience in the USEUCOM AOR

  • Experience with partner engagement and theater campaign strategies

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with General and Flag officers

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
