Job Description
Key Role:
Provide analytical and decision-making support for a Combatant Command security assistance program that provides equipment, training, and services. Utilize open-source information and classified reports to formulate capability gap assessments and research emerging military capabilities. Develop and evaluate security cooperation capability proposals for potential donations to partner nations. Leverage knowledge of Research Development Test and evaluation (RDT&E) funding streams to foster the development and fielding of selected capabilities. Lead interagency panels to coordinate policy and technical reviews. Provide oversight of and expertise on all DoD security assistance programs to enable Combatant Command response to requests for information.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with the military or government
- Experience with government security cooperation programs and planning processes
- Experience with collaborating with stakeholders of the DoD Science and Technology (S&T) enterprise in order to foster rapid innovation in response to emerging capability requirements
- Experience with project management
- Experience with using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to evaluate capability proposals across the DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy) spectrum
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with combined bi-lateral or multi-lateral security cooperation planning with Allies or partners
- Experience in working with DoD and field security cooperation offices, including defense cooperation
- Ability to operate independently and be proactive
- Ability to determine focus and workflow with competing priorities
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
