Job Description
Key Role:
Track, manage, coordinate, and de-conflict engagements and other Security Cooperation (SC) efforts across military staff and Component General Officers and Flag Officers (GO/FO) with foreign allies and partners. Identify, develop, and prioritize SC engagements for recommendation to advance the client’s strategic objectives and address emerging requirements. Facilitate engagement of SC working groups with members from across the HQ and Components. Recommend engagements and SC efforts to achieve Theater Campaign Order (TCO), Campaign Objectives (CPOs), Sub Campaign Objectives (SCPOs), and complement Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs) effects. Support analysis and assessment of open-source, state cables, intel, and After-Action Reports (AARs) to inform future engagements and decision-making, identify countries, regions, and topics for strategic engagements, and work with Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) to share knowledge and data and highlight opportunities to optimize engagements and SC efforts. Participate in multiple working groups to represent team equities, and coordinate across Combatant Command and Component staffs and battle rhythms to identify and coordinate SC efforts. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to plan and produce messaging products with a focus on providing senior leader decision support for joint, interagency, and multinational engagements, and enable the detection and mitigation of adversary malign influence. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, and work without considerable direction.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting or analytical role
- 3+ years of experience working on a Service Staff, Joint Staff, or HQ staff
- 3+ years of experience working in strategic communications
- 3+ years of experience working in the European Theater or with NATO
- Ability to work on client site
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with strategic engagements, or 10+ years of experience with strategic engagements
Additional Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working in strategic communications
- Experience with project management
- Experience briefing DoD or Interagency audiences
- Ability to work with little to no direction
- Ability to produce client-ready deliverables, including executive briefs, talking points, and written material for senior leaders
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
