Job Description
Key Role:
Support Joint warfighting development for multiple Combatant Commands, services, and coalition partners by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating Joint concepts pertaining to future Joint capabilities. Coordinates with concept developers, wargame and exercise planners, and staff directorates to design and execute events that analyze joint concepts in wargames and experiments. Coordinates with Joint Training organizations to integrate experimentation into Large Scale Global Exercise. Develops and refines data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure all data collected is of sufficient quantity, quality, and relevancy to meet analysis objectives. Maintain expertise in problem statements, experiment issues, sub-issues and measures, and reports on any requirement for modifications. Conduct post-event analysis and communicate key insights, including reports and briefings to inform senior leadership and effect concept development.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working with senior GO/FO/Senior Executive officials in DoD or US government agencies
- 5+ years of experience with operating on a Combatant Command, Joint, or Service headquarters staff, or at Operational-level headquarters, such as Corps, Numbered Air Force, Numbered Fleet, Joint Force Headquarters, or Joint Task Force
- 4 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative data sources and multiple means or techniques for data collection
- Experience with developing analytic framework and data collection plans for experiments or wargames
- Knowledge of joint warfighting capabilities and tactics
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to interact with senior government leadership and program managers
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a science or technical field
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in Space, Cyberspace, Electromagnetic Spectrum, or Logistics
- Experience in the social sciences, including psychology, sociology, history, political science, or economics
- Experience with Joint Event Life Cycle events
- Ability to write and communicate at the executive level
- Ability to respond accurately and quickly to internal and external staff taskings, develop and coordinate detailed staff packages, develop concise reports for briefings, and deliver them to senior DoD leaders
- Ability to interpret the intent of a client’s needs effectively and help to shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
