Acquisition Program Manager

Key Role:

Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience working with government or military clients, including familiarity with DoD acquisition and sustainment processes. Support program objectives, establish performance metrics, and oversee the execution of program deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, turning business needs into actionable technical solutions. Drive the adoption of low-code/no-code technologies across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to ensure program success and adherence to compliance standards. Provide clear and concise reporting on program performance, resource allocation, and project status to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower teams and maximize Power Apps adoption.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on technology integration or digital transformation projects

  • Experience in Microsoft Power Applications and related Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI

  • Experience leading development teams in delivering low-code/no-code solutions that drive efficiency and innovation

  • Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in dynamic environments

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in Microsoft Project or other scheduling software

  • Possession of exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
