The Opportunity:

As a Systems Engineer on our team, you can change the future of national security. You will be responsible for integrating the latest modifications onto the current fleets via Software Integration Lab (SIL). Develop requirements that met the warfighter's needs, evaluate technical products for quality, and oversee the integration and testing.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering with test and evaluation, aerospace, or aircraft
  • Experience with aircraft weapons and System integration in multiple avionics lab settings
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Aircraft, Avionics, and system Integration within multiple labs
  • Experience with scheduling and managing workloads within the SIL
  • Experience with avionics and electronic testing equipment use
  • Experience with airworthiness
  • Experience with MIL-STD-1760 or Aircraft Electrical Interconnection System
  • Experience with System Testing and Integration
  • Master’s degree in Systems Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
