Job Description
Key Role:
Cultivate and grow Booz Allen Hamilton’s Army business while leveraging expertise and key client relationships to assist with business development and market growth across Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC), Program Executive Office (PEO) Ground Combat Systems (GCS), and PEO Combat Support and Combat Service Support (CS&CSS). Assist with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates, vendors, and internal partners. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing diverse Army systems for business development initiatives. Provide direction to solve problems and architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with developing and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change. Monitor employees to achieve strategic goals and set clear goals for the entire team and mission.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience with leadership, including supporting cross-functional teams in acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting
Experience in managing projects with multiple workstreams, managing executive level communication, and developing programmatic strategies and plans
Knowledge of the systems engineering management process and its implementation, as applied to the Army and DoD acquisition processes throughout all life cycle phases
Knowledge of DoD policies on systems engineering, integrated product and process development (IPPD), and integrated product team (IPT) management
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with clients and the mission in the Troy market
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including capably interfacing with senior military and civilian officials
Possession of excellent leadership skills
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
