Exercise Plans Analyst

As an Exercise Plans Analyst, you’ll Play a pivotal role in shaping health service support for complex operations by leading medical planning efforts aligned with our mission partner’s health services planning objectives.

Work with us to enable strategic readiness, develop medical plans that support Theater Campaign Plans, operational goals, and multinational engagement strategies. You'll design readiness guides, training integration plans, and resource assessments that strengthen prevention, protection, and treatment capabilities across the force. You’ll craft casualty evacuation concepts in high-impact scenarios, optimize asset placement, and coordinate with allied and civilian partners to ensure mission success.

You Have:  

  • 10+ years of experience in military medical planning at Service or Joint Force HQ level

  • 8+ years of experience in Health Service Support within the INDOPACOM Theater

  • 2+ years of experience using DoD medical planning tools

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Power Systems, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerApps, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate

  • Knowledge of military organization and culture of joint U.S. Forces and partner allies in the INDOPACOM region

  • Knowledge of the Military Health System (MHS), service medical operational capabilities, and doctrine, as well as Department of War networks for information gathering, including NIPR, SIPR, and CENTRIX

  • Ability to produce professional written, verbal, and digital products and brief senior flag officers

  • Ability to travel to support deployed exercises within the INDOPACOM AOR up to 30% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Possession of excellent communication skills

  • Graduate of Expeditionary Warfare School, Command and Staff College, or service specific Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
