As a Military Safety Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and assessment of comprehensive safety programs and policies for Military Parachute Operations such as static line, freefall, and air delivery, and a wide range of Military Ground Operations. This role involves analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to mitigate potential risks and hazards supporting the overall health, safety, and security of our military personnel and assets.

You Have:
6+ years of experience of with U.S. military parachute rigging, maintenance, training, and instruction
Knowledge of safety management software and technologies
Knowledge of military operations
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Completion of U.S. Army Basic Airborne and Freefall Courses
Completion of U.S. Army Jumpmaster and Freefall Jumpmaster Courses
Completion of the U.S. Army Quartermaster School Parachute Rigger Course
Nice If You Have:
Experience inspecting the packing of the MC-6 Parachute System, Tandem Offset Resupply Delivery Systems, or Parachute System-2 in accordance with MCO 3120.11
Knowledge of USMC Parachuting Policy and Program Administration
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARS) Part 65, Subpart F and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARS) Part 105
Possession of excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree
Management Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
