Site Security Manager

Key Role:

Serve as Deputy Site Security Manager, leveraging Construction Security Technicians (CST), Cleared American Guards (CAGs) and a Construction Security Plan (CSP) to identify threats and risks seeking to successfully protect the integrity of facilities throughout the life cycle of renovation and new construction projects as part of larger Construction team while reporting to the SSM, SSO, and the lead Engineer Office. Serve as the backup point of contact in providing security support with respect to planning, scheduling, advising, and monitoring the construction surveillance program of the client. Conduct design, construction, field, and office activities related to administration of the construction surveillance program. Provide support services to assist with interpreting, extending, originating, and devising means and methods for drafting, updating, and supporting the CSP and other required documents. Provide advice and guidance to all levels of the program management and operating elements concerning all aspects of programs, including the CSP, collateral programs, and their interface with other related operational functions. Analyze the effectiveness of the project CSP and develop new measures to increase the overall effectiveness of the plan.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction security surveillance, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) construction, counterintelligence and surveillance operations, or technical surveillance countermeasures

  • Knowledge of military organization and culture of joint US Forces.

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex data analysis topics to senior leaders and their respective staffs

  • Ability to work with senior level staff members at the Joint/Combined level

  • Ability to travel by air or ground up to 30% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Department of State (DOS) SSM Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations ICD-705

  • Knowledge of DoD Facilities Construction

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
