Western Range Integrator

The Opportunity:

Be part of the team that transforms the Western Range (WR) to meet the Spaceport vision and enables assured access to space for our nation. As a leader on our team, you’ll provide LTRS expertise to support digital, sustainment, and modernization solutions to meet the Spaceport vision. You will partner with clients to plan and execute solutions that enable the Western Range to meet the growing demand from commercial launch service providers and the test community. This position is located in California.

You Have: 

• 8+ years of experience with DoD agencies or organizations

• 5+ years of experience with working on the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) supporting System Engineering processes

• 2+ years of experience with briefing senior leaders and effectively communicating complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders

• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals  

• Ability to be highly motivated and demonstrate a dynamic a work ethic and preference to contribute to the Western Range Spaceport Mission

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with working on the Western Range, including Spaceport

• Experience with the S-PPBE process, including Strategy and Programming, Planning, Budgeting, or Execution

• Experience in a flexible environment and interacting with developers, test teams, and functional managers

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including working with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence

• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
