We have an opportunity for you to use your leadership and analytical skills to improve the analytic capabilities of our Army client. You’ll work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll mentor teammates, and work with our military clients to ensure effective planning and execution of their data science projects. You'll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help our clients make informed decisions. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with managing data science or analytic projects

• 3+ years of experience in communications and outreach, communicating effectively with senior clients orally, and writing for various audiences from multiple points of view

• 3+ years of experience in working directly with clients to gather requirements, facilitate analysis, and deliver high-quality results

• Experience with requirements analysis, cost analysis, and feasibility analysis

• Experience with writing use cases or user stories

• Experience with engaging stakeholders on technical projects and resolving issues

• Experience with leading a team and planning individual efforts

• Experience with overseeing project outcomes to ensure project phases meet requirements

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as a Data Scientist

• Experience with programming languages, including Python or R

• Experience with creating visualizations and models with software

• Experience with programmatically processing source data in various formats, including SQL databases, raw CSVs, and streamed data sources

• Experience with processing data from data streaming sources

• Experience with cloud services, including AWS and Azure

• Secret clearance

• BA or BS degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, CS, or Engineering preferred; MA or MS degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, CS, or Engineering a plus

• Project Management Professional Certification
