Embedded Software Architect

The Opportunity:

At a certain point, software design can start to look like clairvoyance. You’ve developed so many organization-wide software architectures that you can not only orchestrate the best solution for any technical challenge, but you can also anticipate future concerns. That’s because you’re an expert engineer with experience coding and designing software architectures. What if you could use those skills to impact the development of future unmanned ground weapon systems?

On our team, you'll translate your customer’s software needs and future goals into a plan by developing requirements into software systems architectures and providing recommendations for improving legacy software. You’ll use cutting edge automated test software to identify areas of weakness and prove out existing code. Your technical expertise and recommendations will be vital to the future of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Unmanned Ground Weapons Systems.

In this role, you’ll directly impact military technology development through assessments of legacy and new software.  You will apply modern software development techniques, use modular decoupled architectures, and leverage modern DevSecOps tools and processes to deliver production-ready code, work on complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. With your technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you’ll help grow a team that develops the best solutions for our customers.
