Defense Executive Support Analyst

Key Role:

Assist with the creation, revision, routing, and tracking of all types of program documentation in support of a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary technical office. Provide the client with Executive Assistant level support. Maintain day-to-day front office administrative operations of a Senior leader to ensure mission success. Provide thoughtful analysis and recommendations to support the development and implementation of strategy and policy for a Senior leader. Analyze and track metrics for document routing and strategy implementation. Provide analysis to identify, define, and refine requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with supporting Executive leadership, including DoD officials or corporate Senior Executives

  • Experience with Navy staff or Defense, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command (COCOM) staff

  • Experience with direct client interactions, including supporting project delivery, delivering presentations, and leading client meetings

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage schedules and calendars, create meeting invites, and support administrative functions for a variety of events, meetings, and speaking engagements by senior leaders

  • Ability to manage tracking documents and follow actions through completion

  • Ability to communicate task and project status to the client, including creating verbal and written communication products

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Ability to research and fact-check answers when none are readily available

  • Ability to anticipate requirements, perform proactively while paying strict attention to detail, and work with minimal oversight

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to anticipate client needs and be proactive in response to a variety of internal and external Navy stakeholder requests

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and team-building skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
