Defensive Counterintelligence Mission Manager, Senior

As a Mission Manager, you use your specialized knowledge and experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, assessments, program documentation to give your client the actionable information and context they need to make timely decision. If you have strong analytical skills and a collaborative, problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security and help inform our nation’s leaders.

As a Mission Manager on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission environment, and program environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information as you build assessments for senior policy makers, internal client publications, and senior level program managers. As the authority in this space, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like automation and big data analytics. You’ll share your expertise with other mission managers through leadership, collaboration, and mentoring. You Have:

-10+ years of experience with applying analytic methodologies and principles related to mission/project management

-Experience in project management in the information technology sector with a solid technical background and comprehension of software development, systems integration, and systems operation and maintenance

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and multi-task

-Ability to support analyst functions, including data collection and project testing and create performance measurements to support project objectives 

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Certified Insider Threat Program Manager through the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute

Nice If You Have:

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-PMP or equivalent Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
