Engineering and Integration SME

The Opportunity:

As a United States Marine Corps (USMC) Integration SME, you’ll bring your technical and operational USMC expertise as you support projects for our Navy and USMC clients. You’ll provide engineering support to the development and integration capabilities on behalf of the USMC.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to the USMC Deputy Program Manager on a wide range of interactions between Marine Corps Systems Command and the Navy and will provide engineering advice and consultation to the Navy on behalf of the USMC. You will initiate or participate in technical exchanges and joint development efforts to strengthen partnerships, mitigate service risk within the program and advance related initiatives.

You will provide informed recommendations about the program’s strategic objectives, processes, storage, and analytic capabilities taking into account USMC objectives and requirements. You will provide expert coordination with users and stakeholders to deliver innovative insights regarding the development and testing capabilities to meet USMC objectives.

You Have:

  • Experience with intelligence, space, overhead, or data integration programs, or joint targeting solutions
  • Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, multi-partner team environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field and 5+ years of experience with USMC program development, integration, engineering, or operations, or 10+ years of experience with USMC program development, integration, engineering, or operations in lieu of a degree

Nice if You Have:

  • Experience with SAP programs
  • Experience with INDOPACOM AOR
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
