That is why we need you, an experienced executive assistant who can provide strategic administrative and scheduling support to maximize operational efficiency.
As part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic administrative specialist, helping to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. As an Executive Assistant and Scheduler, you’ll work with an exciting team to provide high-level operational and executive support in a demanding, fast-paced environment. You will serve as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring the executive’s time and energy are optimized for maximum impact. You will help clients schedule meetings, respond to administrative tasks, and maintain confidential communications. You will be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging requests and special projects. Your attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication skills, understanding of the international mission, and problem-solving skills will enable our client’s success.
What You’ll Work On:
Proactively manage a complex and dynamic calendar, strategically prioritizing competing demands and requests for the director’s time.
Work with internal team members to ensure briefing materials and agendas are prepared in advance of all meetings.
Provide administrative support to leaders, including meeting scheduling, meeting minutes, and email management.
Coordinate adaptive scheduling of internal and external meetings with senior-level leaders and other key stakeholders.
Support administrative logistics around travel and events.
Work with other front office staff to support office workflow and logistics.
Support communication within executive teams and serve as a POC for incoming requests.

You Have:
5+ years of experience providing administrative or scheduling support to senior leaders
3+ years of experience in federal contracting or government
Experience providing executive support, including scheduling, following-up on travel arrangements, developing and editing communications, and interacting with several levels of personnel
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with scheduling software and tools
Experience supporting an R&D agency or organization such as an ARPA organization, including DARPA or ARPA-E
Associate’s degree
Nice If You Have:
7+ years of experience in administrative support, executive support, or scheduling
Experience engaging a broad range of stakeholders, including U.S. and foreign government officials and private sector executives
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent communication and organizational skills
Master’s degree in a Business Support or Management field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $39,600.00 to $81,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
