As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager at Booz Allen, you’ll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. In this role, you’ll support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients. You’ll analyze the identity lifecycle, articulating access requirements and defining enterprise identity records.
You’ll expand your IAM experience to design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing our clients’ most valuable assets. From single sign-on to privileged access systems, you’ll implement enterprise-class solutions and help stop adversaries in their tracks.

You Have:
3+ years of experience within Information Technology
Experience with Identity Lifecycle Manager and Identity Governance principles
Experience with system maintenance and documentation and implementing or maintaining Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Knowledge of Federal policy landscape and guidance, including HSDP-12, Executive Order 14028, FIPS 201-3, OMB M-19-17, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-63-3, 800-157, and 800-53 rev5
Ability to provide recommendations and guidance to the client on technical services to support the integration of ICAM initiatives and ICAM solutions into the agency enterprise
Ability to develop executive-level briefings, white papers, and recommendations for the client
Ability to be a trusted advisor to the client on future initiatives and federal policies as they align to the agency’s goals and objectives
Ability to consult with the client in the strategic design process to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with commercial IAM platforms such as Ping Identity, SailPoint Lifecycle Manager, or CyberArk
Experience with enterprise directory services, including Radiant Logic, LDAP, web applications servers Active Directory, and Identity Stores
Experience supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS
Experience facilitating workflow customization to meet business requirements
Experience with Entrust PKI Certificate Authority (CA) and Entrust products and services
Experience implementing Smart Card Login
Experience developing and deploying PKI solutions and x.509 certificates
Knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)
Knowledge of ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services
Knowledge of credential service providers for citizen service-facing applications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
