Management Analyst, Lead

That’s why we need you, an experienced financial analyst who both understands the defense mission and can lead a team on how to navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern our Navy’s investment in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
As a financial analyst and leader on our team, you’ll provide direct support to the Navy's financial management systems strategy to help the Navy's shift to the next iteration of ERP succeed. You’ll lead a team of project managers, acquisition specialist, schedulers, risk managers, and strategic communicators to support the Program Management Office's actionable plan for IT system development and implementation.
As a financial analysis authority, you’ll leverage your expertise in laws, regulations, and policies to help your client develop well-formed requirements and make acquisition decisions. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and communication with resource and functional sponsors. This is your chance to lead ERP IT modernization while acting as a seasoned leader and financial analysis expert for both clients and your team.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with engineering, science, information technology management, operations research analysis, or financial and cost analysis
3+ years of experience with U.S. Navy programs or operations
Experience with using or supporting Navy ERP platforms
Experience with Agile project and program management
Experience with preparing and delivering communication to Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service members
Experience in analyzing complex problems with multiple stakeholders and information sources, developing recommendations, and implementing solutions
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the uniformed Navy
Experience with team leadership of 10+ people
PMP or CDFM Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
