Organizational Design Management Analyst

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes. Provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Provide clients with consulting on other effects of new business processes at the highest level. Leverage expertise in the areas of supply chain management, CRM, or call center architecture. Apply expertise in business analysis, strategic problem solving, and clients’ businesses. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital in order to help grow business.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with organizational design consulting

-5 years of experience with advisory services in a major consulting firm

-Experience with leading client service delivery for the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards

-Experience with leveraging expertise in technical and industry work to identify complex client issues

-Experience with developing business by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses

-Experience with leading business transformation projects, including process improvement and change management

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices

-Ability to manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and be actively involved in staff development and practice management

-Ability to contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts

-Ability to build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including establishing rapport with clients and colleagues

-MBA degree preferred
