Partner Engagement Specialist, Mid

The Opportunity:

As a Partner Engagement Specialist on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment and facilitate communication between elements of an organization to ensure mutual understanding and unity of purpose and action. Using your comprehensive understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC), Combatant Commands (CCMD), and partner engagement, you will conduct meetings with mission partners at the strategic and operational levels and maintain relationships with the partner in accordance with national authorities and directives. You’ll explore new data sources, manage information in support of mission partners, and decipher request for information and partner support. As the authority on partner engagement, you'll be responsible for developing time-critical recommendations for our client, often under pressure. This position is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas within the intelligence arena. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts across the IC through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

• Experience with building and sustaining international or domestic partner relationships

• Experience with participating in joint working groups and forums and briefing senior defense and intelligence officials  

• Experience with working in military service or Joint staff, including supporting senior military personnel and civilians

• Knowledge of military processes, methodologies, and orders

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+experience as an intelligence analyst or 10+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst in lieu of a degree  

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with partner engagement and theater campaign strategies

• Experience with organizational leadership  

• Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365  

• Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with General and Flag Officer levels of leadership

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Master's degree  

• Completion of Phase I or II Joint Professional Military Education

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
