Program Manager

Key Role:

Act as a strategic advisor, align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and partners. Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide resulting recommendations. Provide technical and project management support towards the delivery of next-generation cyber capabilities. Interact with senior leadership in establishing and managing scope, schedule and milestones, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with program-wide modernization initiatives and solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services. Perform financial and administrative activities, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for moderate-sized programs, organizations, or proposals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience with program or project management in an IT environment, including schedule management, risk management, scope management, financial management, and staff planning
  • Experience with networks, system administration, or computer operations
  • Experience with analyzing project-specific financial metrics to conduct accurate financial forecasting and projections and monitoring actuals against plan
  • Experience with supporting the IC- and national-level system security initiatives
  • Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cyber technologies and capabilities, including continuous monitoring, incident response, advanced threat hunt, secure Cloud and mobile capabilities, ongoing assessment, Network Access Control, and Threat Hunting
  • Experience with leading a team of skilled SOC analysts, architects, cyber professionals, engineers, and intelligence staff
  • Experience with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) strategy, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance, and Cyber policies
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree
  • CISSP or CISM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
