Project Lead

That’s why we need you, a seasoned project lead who can ensure a healthcare, fraud, waste, and abuse program achieves success.

As the project lead, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding the team. You will organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the health account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the detection and deterrence of healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse while sharing your knowledge and expertise in program management methodologies.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks

  • 10+ years of experience with managing teams of contractor personnel, and providing overall direction of program activities, including quality assurance, financial, schedule, and risk management

  • 5+ years of experience in interfacing with and presenting to senior clients and  executives

  • Experience with anti-fraud and program integrity tactics, procedures, processes, and programs

  • Knowledge of healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse

  • Knowledge of CMS claims data, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace, in the IDR or CCW environment with Fee-for-Service (FFS), Medicare Advantage encounter data, Medicaid data in the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS), or Prescription Drug Event (PDE) data

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Federal Government program or project management

  • Experience with overseeing health program integrity operations, projects, budgets, and staff

  • Experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

  • Experience with healthcare payer audits, investigations, and reviews

  • Knowledge of program integrity-related policies, plans, and procedures

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Public Health, Policy, or Administration

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
