As a Systems Integration Engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the Navy client's unmanned operational capabilities by leading Digital Engineering implementation and initiatives for Unmanned Maritime System design, development, and acquisition. Your technical expertise will be vital as you provide Systems Integration Engineering expertise to develop strategies for system behavioral analysis, requirements verification, test planning, and interface integration and management for an unmanned system. You'll develop your skills in modeling, simulation, and data analysis while gaining experience with unmanned and autonomous vehicles. Grow your skills by merging system engineering and modeling and simulation to create test and evaluation strategies that take advantage of emerging Digital Engineering capabilities. You Have:

  • Experience providing engineering, design, or development support for systems technology, hardware, or software within DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs

  • Experience with designing or implementing solutions for integrating disparate systems

  • Experience with providing lead system integration support for System Engineering programs or projects

  • Knowledge of development, planning, or execution of Governmental Developmental Tests and Evaluation on defense projects

  • Knowledge of Agile systems development

  • Ability to document integration processes and outcomes, guiding future integration projects

  • Ability to work with stakeholders to define system requirements and integration pathways

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics and 7+ years of experience in technology engineering, design, or development or a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics and 5+ years of experience in technology engineering, design, or development

 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with project management for system engineering, integration, or testing programs

  • Experience with Combat Systems, Navy-Marine Corps, and DoD acquisition systems

  • Experience with planning, executing and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations

  • Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on remote sensing systems

  • Experience with using the Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines

  • Experience with analyzing data across systems to improve design-decision making and optimizing performance

  • Experience with ensuring the security and integrity of system integrations, addressing potential cyber threats

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics

  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
