The Opportunity:
As an Exercise and Operational Planner for a CBRN team, your primary focus will be on the planning and integration of CBRN capabilities into multinational military exercises. You will lead the effort to incorporate CBRN objectives across exercises deemed critical to the theatre, ensuring these activities support emerging operational requirements. A key function of this role is the close coordination with the client, and exercise planners.
In support of these exercises, you will provide critical subject matter expertise for both deliberate and crisis action planning. You will leverage your strategic, operational, and tactical knowledge to assist in the development and refinement of key documents, including Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Operation Plans (OPLANs), and Orders. By synchronizing with Joint, multinational military organizations, and key headquarters staff, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the U.S. Army’s posture and its response capability to real-world events across the staff.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with Military CBRN Operations as a staff representative at the Brigade Level or higher
- 3+ years of experience with the Military Decision-Making Process, planning, coordinating, and executing Military operations at the Division level or higher
- 3+ years of experience working with Exercise planning and tools, including JTT, ARTIMS, and JOPES
- 3+ years of experience writing CONOPS and Orders
- Ability to provide analysis and advice to senior leadership on CWMD and CBRN matters
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with CWMD Policy
- Experience with Palantir and Maven Smart Systems (MSS)
- Knowledge of NATO Planning Processes
- Master’s degree
- JPME II Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
