Defense Mission Market Leader, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a leader in the Joint and Combatant Command (JCC) account. Provide leadership for our client addressing financial performance and strategic engagement supporting the Global Defense Sector (GDS) and JCC multi-year plans. Serve as a program manager for multiple USSOCOM enterprise contract vehicles. Maintain responsibility for business strategy, integration of innovation capabilities, and business development, including all Special Operations opportunities. Develop a diverse group of personnel for high-performance engagement across GDS.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience with leading programs supporting the National Defense mission

  • Experience with Special Operations Forces, USSOCOM organizations, and their mission and capability requirements

  • Experience with data analytics, application of AI/ML, or DoD secure communications

  • Ability to comprehend complex technical problems where capabilities are affected by technical achievability, affordability, and schedule

  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior government executives and senior firm leadership

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with active military or in industry

  • Experience with executive leadership training

  • Experience with managing the development, training, testing, and integration of AI/ML models

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition process, compliance with government instructions, and overseeing contractor activities

  • Master's degree

  • PMP certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
