As a cyber mission specialist, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. We’re looking for a privacy analyst like you to apply your skills in the design, management, and support of the implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of ethics and compliance programs focused on data privacy.
In this role, you’ll be counted on to support our client's privacy office in the myriad tasks needed to support the client's privacy program.
This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis skills to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership or commanders on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures for privacy-focused activities.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with privacy or information security in a professional or nonprofit environment
Knowledge of privacy laws and standards such as the Privacy Act, E-Government Act of 2002, or NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5
Ability to support privacy assessments or continuous monitoring of controls and identify privacy issues
Ability to execute against clear objectives, priorities, and success metrics or KPIs
Public Trust
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain an IAPP Privacy Certification within 3 months of start date
Nice If You Have:
Experience with law or public policy
Experience monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring compliance with federal privacy laws and policies, including the Privacy Act of 1974, the E-Government Act of 2002, and privacy-related guidance by the Office of Management and Budget
Experience developing, updating, and implementing privacy-related policies, procedures, and guidance
Experience analyzing current and planned policies and activities
Experience assessing compliance with applicable privacy requirements
Bachelor's degree
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
