As a defense mission expert, you will work alongside thought leaders in cyber, digital, engineering, and science on cutting-edge projects for the Department of Defense's fourth estate. You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in roles and assignments as an emergency program military officer
  • Knowledge of Federal Emergency Management practices and policies and how they relate to the defense sector
  • Experience in Department of Defense support to civil authorities, and coordinating and integrating with federal, state, local, and tribal agencies
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense Joint Planning cycles and processes, and how to apply them to complex and dynamic scenarios
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in Environmental Management

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with leading planning teams for crisis response and emergency operations, and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Knowledge of interagency and international partners for join crisis response, and how to foster effective collaboration and communication

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
