You’ll bring your leadership and expertise to support Air Force Aviation operations, manpower, training, and requirements analysis in support of Air Force operational, and tactical aviation, training, and C2 employment concepts and system modernization efforts. You’ll support Joint All Domain Command and Control Initiatives, Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), Aircraft modernization, and C2 related initiatives and projects. You will use your experience and expertise to contribute to the development, refinement, production and fielding of Artificial Intelligence Agents, Machine Learning and automation tools for battle management across the tactical, operational and strategic levels of C2 delivering decision advantage to the warfighter.

You Have:
12+ years of experience in USAF air operations and C2 weapon systems with leadership at the squadron, group, or higher level
Experience with the employment and operation of USAF, Joint, or Coalition C2 tactical aviation or C2 weapons systems
Experience as a Pilot, Navigator, or Air Battle Manager
Ability to lead engagements to solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems, and develop evaluation methods to
assess service or joint missions, addressing organizational, process, people, or leadership challengesAbility to lead engagements which identify, analyze, and evaluate complex foreign threats or homeland security systems,
policies, processes, or instrumentation as part of service or joint missionsAbility to provide mission and business perspectives based on senior military experience directing major operational or
headquarters functionsAbility to provide strategic policy support, direct scientific and technical analysis, and ensure internal leaders or nonservice clients better understand the services or joint forces
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Graduate of Air Command and Staff, Air War College, or Sister Service Professional Education Course
Nice If You Have:
Experience with USAF test and evaluation organizations, processes, and methodologies
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
Experience with C2 systems modernization and innovation
Knowledge of Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning application in military C2 systems
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
