As an Action Officer Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring your Joint, Service, or Combatant Command Staff experience, as well as Joint Doctrine, Policy, and Strategy expertise, to work on projects for USCYBERCOM. You will organize high level meetings between combatant commanders and service chiefs and take charge of all information and logistical requirements to support those meetings. You will review all documents to ensure correctness and consistency and oversee follow-up actions. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes as part of joint missions and a continuous improvement process.
You’ll guide the work we do for USCYBERCOM and the solutions we deliver for strategic planning.

You Have:
5+ years of experience as functional staff, including on a Service or Combatant Command Staff
Experience in internal or external staff coordination and Joint Doctrine, Policy, and Strategy formulation
Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in written and verbal communications
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
