Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as an Operations Lead to the Business Operations Lead. Be responsible for leading and executing business processes. Support staffing, subcontractor management, security, contract training requirements, travel, procurement, logistics, and asset management.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with project management concepts and principles in a professional environment
Experience leading teams and working as an integral member of the PMO and client delivery team
Experience using Microsoft Project
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with advising for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs
Experience in a leadership role, working with senior management to find solutions for customers, and leading teams
Knowledge of contract coordination with subcontractor and teammate staffing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills and consulting skills
Possession of organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
