Job Description
Key Role:
Liaise and coordinate between program office, ship assignment, and the services and partner nations for ALIS Life Cycle logistics acquisition, production, and sustainment. Support ALIS JPO IPT Leaders, managers, US Services, and foreign partners and provide input for life cycle support of ALIS Software and Hardware. Maintain responsibility for the ALIS ship Implementation Team Lead for acquisition management and implementation of ALIS on Naval vessels. Collaborate with DoD Joint Services and partner nations to develop and integrate ALIS on U.S. and foreign air-capable ships enabling the fleet introduction, initial operational capability, and logistics sustainment. Participate in Design Reviews, Technical Readiness Reviews, and Production Readiness Reviews necessary to deliver a shipboard suitable system. Maintain responsibility for shipboard production and fielding planning, including the development of ship change documents (SCDs) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and alterations and coordinate with public and private shipyards, system fielding and testing, and establish life cycle sustainment support plans, including assessment of staffing and material support requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with ship Integration for IT systems or MIS
Experience with Logistics and Program Management in Core Software and Hardware depot activations, PPPs, life cycle logistics, strategic planning, process improvement, and complex program management
Experience with IT systems or MIS
Knowledge of IS infrastructures aboard USN CVN and L Class Carriers
Knowledge of shipboard operations, maintenance, Naval Modernization Program, Specifications, Environmental and Hardware shock certification procedures
Knowledge of project management techniques, applications, and processes
Knowledge of Logistics Life Cycle support 12 element needs and operations for military air vehicle systems and information systems
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Level III Life Cycle Logistics Management Certification or equivalent training
Level II Certification in the Information Technology Acquisition
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
