The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive defense knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a CWMD and CBRN Exercise and Assessments Specialist in the European Theater, you will be responsible for conducting and consolidating assessments on CWMD and CBRN defense readiness across the spectrum of CCMD equities and warfighting functions. You will also plan theater exercise design and coordinate CWMD and CBRN defense integration into exercises in the European theater to improve CBRN defense readiness and interoperability. Your experience in CWMD and CBRN defense operations and keen understanding of military exercises and assessments will be instrumental in ensuring effective progression of CWMD and CBRN defense readiness improvements through exercise and assessments to enhance the readiness and response capabilities of European forces. You’ll use your expertise to support assessments of U.S. CWMD and CBRN defense readiness, including the CCMD’s CBRN Defense Readiness IPLAN.

Work with us to conduct exercise evaluations, provide exercise guidance, develop training objectives, injects, and scenarios, and coordinate resources for successful exercise execution. You will use DRRS to accurately reflect monthly readiness, update JTIMS to ensure adequate exercise resources, and work within other readiness systems of record. You will develop comprehensive pre-exercise briefings to ensure all participants are well-informed about the exercise objectives, scenarios, safety protocols, and evaluation criteria, conduct post-exercise debriefings to review outcomes, gather feedback, and promote learning, and provide feedback to clients to support iterative improvements to plans and operations. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.
