Capture Manager Strategic Staffing Lead

Key Role:

Join as a leader in a Strategic Growth Team, helping to build and grow the sector’s market assessment, capture, and proposal delivery of Federal-Civilian programs. Manage complex and diverse relationships with clients, teammates, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Translate comprehension of current and future challenges facing a diverse set of Federal-Civilian Cyber, IT Ops, and Cloud Ops missions into business development initiatives. Provide capture leadership, driving comprehensive solutions to our clients’ toughest challenges. Lead Sector-wide initiatives to provide structured strategic staffing options and solutions to support all top Sector-level pursuits while institutionalizing the process, artifacts, and best practices for this effort. Assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing strategic staffing concepts and practices to secure key talent well in advance of RFP and improve the Sector’s competitive position. Inspire, motivate, and develop diverse high-energy teams to excel through all phases of the capture process. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading large or strategic capture
  • 10+ years of experience with Federal acquisition regulations and practices in the Federal Civilian market space
  • Experience operating at the senior executive level, including engaging with industry and Federal Civilian government clients
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with acquisitions and solutions in the Federal Civilian information technology, cybersecurity, and cloud mission or market areas  
  • Experience in a Shipley foundation in capture or business development practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Engineering, or a technical field
  • Acquisition Training Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
