Job Description
Key Role:
Drive and build the framework for Booz Allen to grow software and other cutting-edge technology product offerings. Analyze, negotiate, and execute the full spectrum of deals with suppliers and U.S. Government clients to help Booz Allen accelerate its development of world-class capabilities and solutions. Leverage experience with a broad variety of partnership agreement types and federal government vehicles to negotiate key terms on behalf of Booz Allen. Monitor and leverage regulatory updates, market trends, and key technologies to negotiate, execute, and assess business deals. Lead contracting strategy on the development of emerging technology products and solutions, including the monetization of intellectual capital. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience with evaluating, negotiating, and executing U.S. Government contracts
Experience with the monetization of intellectual capital into new products, service offerings, and game-changing innovations for a large and diverse organization
Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and executing non-FAR based or commercial U.S. Government contracts for the development and sale of emerging technologies and products
Ability to comprehend market analysis, solution strategy, solution marketing, and partnering and channel development
Experience with complex federal contracts topics, such as organizational conflicts of interest, data rights, and cost accounting standards
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with software organizations and non-traditional companies, such as start-ups, venture capitalists, or commercial
Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and executing intellectual property and data rights
Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, Paas, IaaS, and AI products
Ability to work collaboratively to support partnering externally and internally with groups across a highly matrixed organization to influence decision-makers
Ability to create innovative approaches to address client requirements
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
