Climate Resilience Project Manager

The Opportunity:

As an Installation Climate Resilience Plan (ICRP) Project Manager (PM) on our team, you’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership, engineers, and analysts to collaboratively develop a full picture of an Air Force installation's climate resilience status and develop projects to address climate threats through broad support with other PMs.

Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll lay out the path forward and the expected results to internal and client leadership. This is your chance to gain experience in climate and energy projects while growing your consulting skills.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager
  • Experience with data analytics and managing numerous stakeholders
  • Knowledge of climate challenges facing military installations
  • Ability to write comprehensive, clear reports on climate topics
  • Ability to perform research across a variety of sources and translate findings into comprehensive reports
  • Ability to lead meetings and discussions with senior leadership, and work and communicate with engineers and technical experts
  • Ability to manage a schedule and workload to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to make progress on projects through a proactive nature and an eagerness to make calls
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience within the DoD or Air Force
  • Possession of strong management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
