The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join an elite cyber task force dedicated to rapidly testing and adopting advanced AI solutions to counter cyber security threats. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of machine learning techniques coupled with an excellent background in ML-ops for seamlessly integrating ML models into larger systems and optimizing their performance.

You Have: 

  • 7+ years of experience with AI and ML

  • Experience with AI and ML applications, including computer vision, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning 

  • Experience with ML-ops, including model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and integrating models into larger systems

  • Experience with programming languages, including Python, R, Java, or C++

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

  • Ability to stay abreast with state-of-the-art AI advancements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with designing software architectures using containerization tools, including Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP

  • Knowledge of cyber data and its unique challenges

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Clearance:   

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
