Integrated Master Schedule Lead

As the Lead Integrated Master Scheduler, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs. The federal client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. You will demonstrate your experience leading and supporting the development and management of a complex work breakdown structure in a fast paced and dynamic environment. As an authority in the health market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You will also showcase your experience in providing excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience with project management

  • 12+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler leading and managing major enterprise IT programs

  • Experience leading and developing a multi-year Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex IT program using rolling wave process and planning packages

  • Experience developing plans and strategies for Integrated Program Review (IBR) and Program Baseline Review (PBR)

  • Experience in performing Schedule Risk Analysis with complex IMS using statistical simulation tools

  • Experience supporting full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure, and management practices

  • Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis and implementing GAO and industry schedule management best practices

  • Ability to identify and forecast potential schedule slippage and develop risk mitigate plans

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or Business

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting the federal government

  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records

  • Project Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
