As a Training Manager, you’ll bring your consulting, tactical, and technical background to collaborate with thought leaders in Army Training. projects for the Army's V Corps. You’ll use your skills as you develop, plan, analyze, and assess, the Army's training and readiness.

You Have:  

  • 8+ years of experience in managing Army training

  • 2+ years of experience in managing Army training at the Division or Corps level

  • Experience as an ammunition manager and using the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS)

  • Experience as a Brigade or Schools manager

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with military budgeting processes and systems

  • Experience as a Bradley or Abrams Master Gunner at the Division level or higher

  • Knowledge of Army training database systems, including DTMS

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
