As a Defense Mission Professional, you provide on-site technical and operational advisory support as a defense mission expert to a Marine Corps client for matters related to the Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI). Serve as a principal subject matter expert, planner, and advisor for all DPRI-related matters, initiatives, and projects, including terms of DPRI bilateral agreements, operational requirements, command and control functions, facility and area development, force posture laydown, force flow design and scheduling, unit consolidations and relocations, and risk and change management. You’ll serve as the principal planner or project manager for DPRI-related facility projects, and develop options to maximize operational capabilities and capacities while mitigating risks throughout the DPRI implementation life cycle.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with facilitating working groups and meetings with diverse organizations
4+ years of experience with serving in general officer-level HQs
Knowledge of U.S. Marine Corps missions, functions, command relationships, command and control, processes, and culture
Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP)
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Service equivalent
Nice If You Have:
2+ years of experience with DPRI
3+ years of experience with serving in the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
3+ years of experience with U.S. Joint Force missions, functions, command relationships, command and control, processes, and culture
Experience with serving in Japan
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
