The Opportunity:

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Navy client’s mission to develop, acquire, field, and sustain affordable and integrated state-of-the-art equipment for Navy and Marine Corps. You’ll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project and Risk Exchange and regular interactions with Naval leadership, SMEs, schedulers, and project analysts. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting complex or large-scale programs or projects

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management

  • Experience with identifying, analyzing, mitigating, tracking, and reporting program or project risks

  • Experience with DoD, Navy, or NAVSEA programs and platforms

  • Ability to analyze, define, and evaluate complex, ambiguous problems

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with government consulting

  • Experience with risk tracking tools, such as Risk Exchange+

  • Knowledge of DoD and Navy risk management processes

  • Ability to develop briefings for senior Naval leadership

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to successfully maneuver or direct challenging, high stakes conversations

  • PMP or PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
