Quality and Performance Manager

The Opportunity:  

As a Quality and Performance Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Quality and Performance Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll apply knowledge of industry and U.S. government quality standards in partnership with key stakeholders. You’ll help with tactical planning using program management tools and regular interactions with the Program Manager, Program Management Office, and technical leaders.

You Have: 

  • Experience building and updating the Program Quality Management Plan and Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, activities, instructions, best practices, and lessons learned

  • Experience conducting deliverable quality assurance checks against Task Order, Program Management Plan, Component Project Management Plans, and SOPs

  • Ability to lead a quality program and implement quality assurance and quality control process to ensure that all program deliverables, products, and services meet standards and end-user requirements

  • Ability to collaborate with project managers across the program to tailor quality management processes for each project

  • Ability to convey meaningful insights to complex issues and explain findings to teammates and executives

  • Ability to conduct research, evaluate options for action, and provide thoughtful recommendations to solve business problems at a strategic level

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience operating in high-risk, OCONUS environments

  • Experience managing a client-facing Quality Management Program

  • Experience with Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contracts and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPARs)

  • Knowledge of C6ISR collection, analysis, and intelligence production

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a program

  • Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Quality Management Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
