Policy Analyst

Key Role:

Work to enhance interoperability through Assessments, Education and Training. Conduct assessments on activities through the client's Campaign Plan Objectives, including participation in the client's assessment working group, writing inputs to the Campaign Plan Assessment (CPA), Annual Joint Assessment (AJA), and other assessments, as required. Assist in the systematic assessment of interoperability gaps, facilitating the mitigation of those gaps through combined exercise, education, and training activities. Support the development of the client’s annual Theater Campaign Order (TCO) using knowledge gained through the assessment process. Grow a level of knowledge across client staff and build, monitor, and execute through an education program in coordination with other client team members.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience as staff at the Combatant Command or higher level

  • Experience with creating and implementing education programs

  • Knowledge of assessment processes

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time internationally, when necessary

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Military Staff College Graduate

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience in working on or with NATO staff

  • Knowledge of NATO and SHAPE organization, structure, and operations

  • Master's degree

  • Military War College and Fellowship Graduate

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
