Project Control Analyst
Key Role:
Under supervision, responsible for detailed financial and administrative activities, such as budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis, for small-to-moderate sized programs, organizations or proposals. Participates in budget preparation and monitors expenses. Prepares or assists in the preparation of cost-to-complete. Assists in preparing estimates. Performs cost and schedule variance analysis and provides recommendations. Prepares or assists in the implementation of customer requirements of moderately complex invoicing documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team effectively
Ability to be a team player, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements
Ability to obtain Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment, or Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with government contract financial management
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and functions in calculation and analysis
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
