As an organizational analyst on our team, you’ll help your client manage an effective strategy, influence methodologies to manage change effectively, develop leadership competencies, and discover the power of effective teams. In this role, and together with your team, you will provide direct support to client leadership and interact directly with senior members of the client organization to design, develop, execute, and lead organizational improvement initiatives to include change management, strategic planning, organizational design, and team development. At all levels of the organization, you will implement comprehensive program design and evaluation, administer and debrief assessment feedback, provide individual, team, and group coaching, and apply adult learning principles. You will also provide expert facilitation, conduct organizational assessments, analyze qualitative data, provide recommendations for organizational and process improvements, and manage various projects. In addition, you will facilitate the management of a site-wide leadership development program, to include course facilitation, coaching, experiential programming, and the use of personality and team assessments.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with learning theory, change management, or leadership development 
  • Experience with the design, development, and implementation of a corporate leadership development strategy and service offerings and curricula  
  • Experience leading and facilitating groups, making presentations, and working with senior leadership teams on change management methodologies and best practices, strategic planning, and team development 
  • Experience with program management and senior-level facilitation 
  • Experience working with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and design training and OD solutions 
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Design, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or a Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or Education field

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience conducting employee climate and customer surveys, including design, development, data analysis and reporting, and post-survey action planning 
  • Knowledge of competency modeling, job task analysis, training needs assessments, and equivalent human capital study methods 
  • Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, to analyze problems, conduct research, synthesize disparate data sources, and evaluate options for action 
  • Master's degree in Industrial or Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Design, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or a Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or Education field
  • Franklin Covey Leadership Courses Certification 
  • MBTI, FIRO-B, TKI, DiSC, Team Management Profile, and Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment Suite Certification 
  • Completion of an International Coaching Federation Coaching Program

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
