Integration Lead

Key Role: 

Orchestrate the development of a system of interest, including encompassing hardware or software through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk and opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience with engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development life cycle

  • Experience with systems engineering for communications and edge node processing projects or systems

  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Knowledge of integration frameworks and tools

  • Ability to develop solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements, including technical documentation

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Physics, or Mathematics

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with edge computing and IoT devices

  • Experience with robotics and control systems

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools

  • Experience with project management

  • Knowledge of data science and statistical analysis and cybersecurity principles and practices

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and display a proven track record of successful integration project deployments

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Master's degree preferred; Doctorate degree in a related field a plus

  • AI or a technology-related Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
