Tactical Vehicle System Facilities Manager

Key Role:

Lead the development of client facilities and infrastructure requirements throughout the life cycle via creative approaches which achieve functional end-states. Develop innovative solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities industry. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members. Manage facility projects and VIP events by tracking and capturing the related tasking and project requirements in formats such as MS Project, Acquisition Plans, or Letters of Instruction. Work to ensure adequate resources are applied and projects or events are completed on-time and in-full.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in working with DoD organizations

  • Experience in government facilities management

  • Experience utilizing MS Project to schedule and track project status

  • Knowledge of military construction and building maintenance

  • Ability to evaluate compliance with Army and DoD safety policies and regulations

  • Ability to operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams for generating reports, tracking data, and for effective communications

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD weapons systems and components

  • Experience with fleet management and maintenance for tactical vehicles

  • Knowledge of DoD contracting and purchasing basics

  • Knowledge of protocol for hosting General Officers

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
