Job Description
Key Role:
Implement an organization's health and safety policies and procedures to meet organizational objectives and governmental regulations. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in EHS management within the public or private sector
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- 2+ years of experience with ISO 14001 or 45001 management systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of EHS regulations, including OSHA or EPA and industry standards
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Engineering
- EHS Certification, including ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, or REM Certification
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with the implementation and use of EHS management software
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
